I was able to make it back to Texas for a close friend's wedding. Katie has been a dear friend throughout high school, college and beyond. I am so glad that I was able to watch the radiant bride and the beaming groom begin their marriage with the beautiful backdrop of a Texas ranch.
It was a great weekend to catch up with close friends and be among people who I can share endless laughter with. Those kind of friendships are hard to come by!
It is also nice to be home to see my furry "sister", aka- my parent's dog, Izzy.
